EULA - End User License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT AND COPYRIGHT.

This is a legal agreement ("License Agreement") between you (either personal or corporate) and Evgeny Yanenko ("Author") for the software product "Ordner" ("Software").

BY COPYING OR USING THE SOFTWARE IN ANY KIND, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AND DISCLAIMER AGREEMENT.

COPYRIGHT.
This is not public domain software. All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations,video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by the Author of this Software. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material.

GRANT OF LICENSE.
You may install and use an unlimited number of copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

DISTRIBUTION.
Ordner is FREEWARE. You can freely use this software and distribute copies of the ORIGINAL DISTRIBUTION FILE as long as NO ALTERATIONS are made to the file and its contents and no charge is raised except a reasonable fee for distributing costs. Any other way of distributing this software is prohibited.

OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
See separate licences for the libraries used in this SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TERMINATION.
Without prejudice to any other rights, the Author of this Software may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and all of its component parts.

NO WARRANTIES.
The Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose. The Author does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The Author makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus, worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program. The Author further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.

NO LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES.
In no event shall the Author be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, even if Author has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will Author be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise. The Author shall have no liability with respect to the content of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential information.
